Okay as soon I turn the pump on. I get a screen flashing and on the display it shows(1 bio-med) the red LED is lit up and there is high pitch sound that i can not silence with the silent button. what does this error mean? what should I replace?

Thanks for the manual, but I already have it. This particular alarm is not in there. I have the manual and looked online for it as well, but I have come up with anything so far. I was hoping that by posting my issue someone else has come across the same problem and would have a solve for it.

I have ran into this problem but it was a while ago...Make sure you have a good battery installed. Enter the biomed menu, follow the instructions in the service manual and I believe if you re-set the "last P.M. date" I believe your pump will quit alarming. Good Luck
