turn on the unit and try to release the rope using the unit fuction, if it does not, turn the unit off and call your Technical service provider, the unit may need calibration.

Thank you for your advise. I was given re-calibration instructions, however, the rope is still stuck in the head. I called a technician.

Do not turn the unit on again !

You should wait for the technician, He/She should calibrate the unit using special tools and instruments, the problem could be the load cell, in the worst case the load-cell must be replaced.
