this happens while doing a case. we cooled the unit down then the unit is functional again. anyone knows what could cause it. or anyone knows how long can you do a contibious fluro on LDF and HDF?
BV Pulsera error M011 overheat
Are you sure about the error number? If so, are there any other errors popping up?
From the Generator specs I found the following:
LDF:
Normal:10 Min
High Contrast: 5 Min
HDF:
30 secs

yes thats the error code thats poped up and no other errors.the note says system overheat..The tech reboot the system cooled it off and he says it worked again. and they also doing fluro for 10 mins on LDF. Do you think the room temp has something to do with it because when they were doing the surgery, they crank the temp up to 40degrees.

I have never seen error M011 and I cannot find it in the service manual. I would say they are pushing the system to the limit. Do they have any problems when they don't flouro for 10 mins? Say just a five minute run?

i suspect that too that they are pushing the unit too much plus the room's temp is high.

Take a couple of lead aperons over the tube to max it out and run it and see what the KV and MA readings are on the C-arm and watch the Temp indicator on the display and see if it goes up see what happens how old is the unit mostly likely the x-ray tube will need to be replaced if they are pushing it that much
