Network Interface and Test Mode Login info

ON power up I keep getting "Network Interface Powering Up..." Even on Network Utility it says same. Can't get out of it. Any Ideas? I can still store and retrieve studies via HD but not by Network.

Also anyone know the Login info to get into test mode?

 My sonos 5500 ( D2 version) has the same problem which is keeping " Network interface Powering up..."   but no problem with store and retrieve studies

Anybody please?

From some other documentation online, the machine changes its login/password for the test mode each day. The daily key is apparently a derivation of the serial number of the machine and the current day's date (as set on the machine). If someone knows better details of it, that would be great.

Reloading the software was the only way of resolving the issue
