Manuals are only available to trained techs.

The PM Kit can be purchased only by the end users as well. Stryker won't sell to Untrained ISO. There are only a few parts to replace from the kit. Then you clean the upper and lower canisters, perform a volume accuracy check, reset the HEPA filter clock then do an electrical. Stryker recommends doing a hipot test as well. Not much to it.

The docker needs to have the impeller replaced. It breaks down over time and can cause off load errors. I would do this as well.

I have found the PM kit price as compared to having Stryker do the PM is nearly the same price.. We have Stryker do it as this avoids safety concerns and frees the tech to other tasks saving this time frame as well..

Yes we do.  If your units are still under warranty, you will still have to reach out to Stryker to get the repair dispatched.  If not, you may contact your local UHS district for assistance.  As commented in my above post, Stryker will not sell kits and or parts to UHS or any other ISO, you will have to order them.  UHS can come out, troubleshoot, let you know what you need to order and return to install the parts.  This is assuming your local UHS office has a trained Neptune tech.
