The bed is about one quarter way up and won't go any further up or down; however, the foot and head will still raise and lower and it will still trend forwards and reverse. Whenever you push the up or down arrows to raise or lower the bed it also tries to trend up or down. Why---- and what is most likely the problem? One other thing. When one tries to put it in chair position only the head will raise. The foot will not lower.
