Hi  Sorry I didn't get more specific and maybe I'm at the wrong place, but I'm concidering buying a used Acuson 128 for our veterinary practice.  I went and looked at one at a warehouse were they clear out old equipement from the local hospital.  I've used a few differenr units in the past, but I'm not sure how everthing works on this one.  So, I'm wondering if someone has an operations manual for one we can buy or down load etc. so I can knowledgably check out this unit.

The user manual was never published in a soft copy, to my knowledge. I would respectfully suggest you look at purchasing something newer and easier to get supported than an Acuson 128XP. You should be able to find one for which there are still parts readily available for not much more than you. Either that, or you should try to buy a second one that is the same hardware and software version as the one you are buying so the field engineer can harvest parts of it in order to fix your primary unit.

Thanks all for the help and comments. Ultimately my associate got an UltraMark ultrasound by Advanced Technology Labratory given to us, but guess what, no operations manual. So, does anyone have acess to a manual for this unit?
