Sysmex XS 1000i Door

The part that locks the door of my sysmex XS 1000i machine is broken. I'm told I will need to replace the whole door, which is very disappointing as the machine is hardly 4 years old!!. Does any one have order info for this door. Can a better material be used for making the door of this machine?
