Too ,this message appears every time I need to save information about any patient or data. After it, the equipment goes to restarting.   Could you help me to find the solution?   You have a good day.   Saludos.

Since it happens when you try to save a patient, you may have a full patient directory on the hard drive or corrupted data on it. I would try deleting all patient studies, then doing a Restore of the System Settings and Presets, then restore or resinstall the hard drive software if that doesn't work.

I agree with Jim. Thre could be an error in the patient study directory. Removing all studies is the first step. It also may help to reload the presets/config as that may have become corrupt. It seems as if all Philips systems suffer from fragile software syndrome. Software reloads can fix any number of highly intermittent as well as hard failures. I always suggest that Philips systems be powered by UPS'. Their systems are quite susceptible to software corruption from dirty power.

Hi Lee,

Unfortunately, I do not have software. On some Philips systems it is an order-able item, on other systems, only a Philips rep can load software(22/33's). I would definitely inquire via their support line prior to placing a service call.

Software is a piece of cake to reload on a HD11, that’s if you have the software. All you need to do is follow the on screen prompts. There are usually 4 disks and the the system prompts you when to change the disk, and what disk to put in. What is the software level you are at I might have a part number I can give you. 1.1.1? 2.02? 2.08?

The machine is at 2.0.8. So when I put the first disk in and start up the machine it will prompt me from there?

Thanks

Lee

Correct. Software disks 1 & 2 (PN:453561611211), application disk (PN:453561659551), driver disk (453561727801) and printer disk if needed (PN:453561650031). Start with SW disk 1 and the system will prompt you when to change disks. The system will reboot many times just let it do its thing; do not manually shut it off even if it seems like its taking too long.
