Hi,

This is common issue, fallow below mention steps;

1. check the expiries of Standard A, B, Flush, Salt Bridge & Sample Diluent. If so change it.

2. verify the correct position of tubing connections.

3. Do the IMT bleeching and change the sensor.

4. Reply me if still problem persist.
