When replacing a cartridge on the GEM 4000, how do I manually open the door when there is a door failure? This has happened twice on the same machine (we own 5 ) and the last time our machine was out of service for several days...after contacting customer support. This seems like a relatively simple fix....we are just unaware of how to manually release the cartridge door. Please help!! Thanks!!

Eric - my local IL rep advised me to use a credit card;insert and slide it along the top gap of the door. It popped right open for me. I think it needs to be slid left to right, but I've only done it once. I hope this helps. Please let me know.
