I would like to have the service manual of SONOACE8000SE, which serial number is A78506300002264.
I have some difficulties because when I switch it on, there are nothing on monitor and the printer.
No tension for the monitor and for the printer.
I need your help to solve the problem by send to me the service manual and also the user manual.

Dear Braarat,
after Power ON the SA 8000 Live Prime there are nothing on monitor. After recconect the cable of the monitor to other VGA socket on mainboard I have after loading the SoftWare 1.05.01.475 a message: System Error
Please Powerdown system and Reboot
Error Code: 39
After Reboot the same Error.
After replace step by step all PCB - CW, DSC, DSP, V/M, PC & HDD the same Error -39.
Can you help me please?
