Make sure you are using Burdick paper 007868.

if the paper is put in wrong, it will miss the first half of the page. turn it over and try again.

The paper shoudn't matter as it's just standard EKG paper that we use for all our EKG machine here at the school, the problem is that it prints in the middle of two pages rather then one page.

If the other units are the same model number and they print ok, there is something wrong with the que sensor or on the main circuit board. That is an obsolete unit and Mortara / Burdick cannot repair it. The paper needs to be part number 007868.
