The bed is giving an error message on the footboard. It says "not in weight position". It will not display the 000.0 we need to zero the bed out for weighing the patient. What we should do to fix this? Thank you!

What you need to do is raise or lower the bed until the message disappears then you can zero out the bed, its better if you use the hilo controls on the footboard and watch the display.
