Does anyone have the software and how to installing the software? I have a unit that will not print the interpretation. An OPS manual would be good also.

These steps will let you turn Interpretation on of off. If Interpretation will not stay on, there is something wrong on the main board and software cannot be reloaded. From the main page of the screen press Setup, press AUTO FRMTthen press INTP FRMT. The next screen allows you to turn on/off various options. Press RTN when done.
