I am a technician in a hospital in Nigeria, I have checked the two fuses at the back, there are okay, I opened the machine and checked the switch, the switch is active there is dc supply from the rectifier to the filter capacitor and even to the entire power board but couldn’t find the reason why it’s not coming on

every time I turn on the laser console the message of : error 202 energy too low ! appears on screen what the problem and how can I solve it please ?

After power on, displayed two error messages: Error 200 - "Defective energy shutdown"... Error 203 "Defective pulse shutdown". I can't find the error list or service manual. Can You explain me what I must check? And what can do with this problem with nyself.
