When I open the program, I get a warning, warning 1012 unable to open the system log file. Logging has been disabled. Then when I try to open up nerve conduction studies, I get the error message that the parameter is incorrect. Are there any solutions to these error messages? Thank you!
I used Medelec in Sweden 1979-1982 and TECA in USA 1984-1990 in my research. Later I have been using EMG recorders of different types but none of those have adustable filter settings like the old Medelec system had. I have a medelec TECA synergy EMG machine (vintage 2002), running version 10.1 Synergy system software on a Windows XP box. I bought the machine from the practice where I had used it.
The disk crashed, so I replaced it and reinstalled the software from the distribution disks. But when I run the Synergy application, a diaglog box pops up prompting me for the sotware license number. The number stamped on the hug of the CD ROM doesn't work, nor does the hardware serial number. I understand Oxford Instruments orphaned this model long ago.
Where can I find this license number, or otherwise get this machine running again?

Our machine is locked and we can not access to the program for NCV-ENG test. Also the conduction velocity in the motor nerves is to hight so I think that we need the test configuration.
