My Stryker GoBed II Fowler lunges erratically on the way up and down

Has anyone encountered the GoBeds getting bent on the head side only during usage? I've had four turned in to CE and the frames are 3-4 inches out of square. I'm at a loss as to how that much pressure can bend those frames. Stryker will not honor this under their lifetime warranty.

I have a Sryker Go Bed that has lost the function of the bed raise/lower and foot raise/lower controls on the side rails.  All the functions work from foot controls.

Talked with Stryker tech support and response for only half of foot control functions working which is the actuators for the motors on bed elevations.

The weight display will not function or bed alarms. Swapped foot board and have same issue.

Stryker thinks it might be the circut board in the foot of bed. The weight circut board is in the head of the bed.

Who else has had similar issues? Does anyone have a Weight Scale Circut board Schematic of test points?

My next step would be to swap out a working circut board and see if that fixes the issue.

Any suggestions are welcome.

When patient raises the head of the bed it seems to slowly go down a short distance and then stops. It this the design of the bed to coast to a stop and fall back down to a certain stop for safety reasons.
