I keep getting E001 code. I have tried different outlets, moved it to a completely different part of the building, had maintenance/repair done and still get the code.

I am getting error code E006 on my older style M9. I cannot seem to resolve it. I have calibrated the pots and ensured the temp sensor was clean. Any other suggestions?

1 ReplyPer report, a clinic states this autoclave BI is being run by itself on a tray and then incubated once a week. Then instruments are being sterilized during that week in pouches without a BI since it most recent BI was negative/acceptable. When the BI control and test is acceptable the clinic is using the instruments
My understanding was a BI should be performed while the autoclave is in use and contains instruments to verify the process. Any clarification or manufacturer IFU would be appreciated. I reviewed the Midmark Ritter M9/M11 User's Manual and it did not contain this level of detail. Thanks. RE: Midmark - Ritter M9

1 ReplyHas anyone used anything other than Speed Clean for the cleaning of midmark units? How does it compare? Curious the difference of Mid Clean (RPI's Cleaner) or any unknown cleaner besides Speed Clean RE: Midmark - Ritter M9

4 RepliesI am working on a M9 that has an issue with the low water indicator illuminating and beeping. This machine is a newer model that does not have the tank sensor. This is a M9-001 with the serial starting with OM. I haven't seen this issue before. Everything else works as advertised. All I can conclude is the board is bad or there is a sensor affecting this error. Any help would be greatly appreciated! RE: Midmark - Ritter M9
