Does anyone know if you can get the plastic casing that the patient input is housed? Its a smoked colored plastic and I have one that is crumbling / deteriorated. The unit works fine .

When I turn the power switch on with bipolar footswitch selected, I get a rem alarm. Is this normal; I didn't think a return pad was required in bipolar mode and Valleylab/Covidien no longer supports this unit.
