0Replies6 years ago | Question regarding Power Connector on unit Greetings all, hope I can get a quick correct answer. the power connector on the NeoCozy Blue is loose. Is there or does anyone know what type of glue this would be ? It looks like regular epoxy but I would hate to guess wrong. Concern is over patient safety, Natus says they can repair but the cost seems a bit much. let me know, Thanks!
