The image area seems smaller than before. I assume I have changed a setting but I can't get it back to normal size. Does somebody has suggestions?

Hi Dear. 

I am having a trouble in above mentioned machine .  When i start it. It stuck on blue initial bios loading. Like blue bar is stucked on 80% and for hours or may b 24 hours continuously. 

I tried every possiblity as per my knowledge but can't solve it.. Please any one can help me on this.

Attempted default user key: 888888 but it didn't work. Is there a way to perform factory reset to revert back to default user key? 

Error message of  (RE0053) the study cannot be started while processing is in progress.
