3Replies9 years ago | GE TuffSat Turns on, but won't display vitals reading Hello, Our GE TuffSat just started doing something strange today. When it is turned on the screen lights up and it looks like it is starting normally, then dashes appear in both windows (-- in the top box and --- in the bottom box). After that nothing happens, we can't get it to give readings. We have tried changing the batteries and unplugging and then plugging back in the the fingertip piece and cable. Nothing is working. I hate to replace the unit as it costs about $900.00 from our medical supplier. Any ideas to fix it? Thanks!! Reply |
