not locking in settings
I have one that won't lock in settings. trying to set interp: from no to yes. hit done but won't lock in. software version 1.21.00

machine wont turn on
we have just received a replacement machine it seems to have the same error as before - with the power lead in there is nothing on the screen just a backlight - any suggestions ?Reply
