IE33 version F - Boot stuck with error on display: No signal power saving mode digital

Disclosure: I am a doctor with some tech background, not a technician.

I am experiencing a problem with the ie33 (F cart version, 2009, software updated to 2015). The screen froze while I was performing an echocardiogram (I was in B mode). No keypad combination worked. I attempted to reboot using the breaker button because the power/standby button was unresponsive, then waiting for about a minute. However, when rebooting, I received the message "No signal power saving mode digital" in the middle of the main screen, the touchscreens were black. I tried again to turn off the system using the breaker button, turned off the AC stabilizer, waited for 5 minutes, and then rebooted successfully. Nevertheless, while shutting down using the power/standy button, the two touchscreens began displaying vertical lines and bizarre patterns, and the shutdown process became unresponsive. As a result, I used the breaker button to turn off the system and waited once more, but I encountered the same error message again.
I then tried to swap the graphic cards, relocated the boards, cleaned contacts, and upon restarting, the system booted up normally. I noticed that the date and time had reset to 2024. I tried to run a diagnostic test (Setup -> service) several times, but after some minutes it gave me an error saying that the test could not be initialized.
After turning off the ultrasound machine and turning it back on, the same "No signal..." error reappeared. This time, the power/standby button was responsive (holding down for 5 seconds), but the main screen still displayed the error message, while the touchscreen monitors were off.
The breaker light was a steady blue. At this point, I removed the main hard drive and retrieved the error logs; there were three with similar logs. I am attaching the last one in chronological order.
I tried to search in the forum (also for iu22) but I did not find any clue (sorry if I missed something).

Thank you to anyone who can lend a hand.
