DESCRIPTION

Ultrasonic Washer/Disinfector

The System 83 Plus is the only automated ULTRASONIC WASHER/DISINFECTOR for reprocessing flexible endoscopes. The wash, high-level disinfect and rinse process has been standardized and validated for consistent reprocessing of flexible endoscopes. For Infection Control, the system is compatible with virtually all approved liquid chemical sterilants. In order to account for all channels of the flexible instrument and all internal surfaces are contacted during cleaning and high level disinfection, System 83 plus adapts to each channel individually making it easier for the technician to verify flow and avoids bifurcating the tubing. This prevents liquid and air from taking the path of least resistance during the process, which ensures a successful outcome.Installation Specifications

How do we get access to Admin Screen, when there is no one in the unit that had adm access? We need to add and delete information for the unit and can't do this without adm access.

Thank, Tonya Leeman

FEATURES

  • Irrigates each of the endoscope’s channels during each reprocessing phase.
  • Provides one channel-tubing adapter for each endoscope channel.
  • The “all-channel irrigator” is bifurcated and delivers flow to the endoscope channel of least resistance (i.e., the suction channel) and, therefore, may not ensure adequate flow of the LCG to channels of greater resistance (i.e., the air/water channels).
  • Visual confirmation of fluid flow into each endoscope channel via each channel-tubing adapter is necessary.
  • Designed to be used with virtually every FDA “approved” LCG on the market
  • Computer-controlled and features a keyboard and video display monitor for displaying its user-friendly graphic-user-interface.
  • Features a computer-controlled timer that ensures the endoscope is submersed in the detergent and LCG for the recommended time.
  • Computer-controlled heater that elevates the temperature of the LCG as may be required by its labeling.
  • Optional third water rinse that follows high-level disinfection. This third water rinse may be required, per the LCG’s labeling.
  • “low-pressure” outputs designed to irrigate the endoscope’s suction and air/water channels.
  • “high-pressure” pump designed to irrigate the endoscope’s narrower and harder-to-reprocess accessory channels—such as, the colonoscope’s auxiliary water jet channel and the side-viewing duodenoscope’s elevator-wire channel.
