Logiq 9 Cage Cover Tip

On the GE Logiq 9 systems, there is a very common problem that manifests itself as vertical lines of color when in color Doppler and semi-circular white lines in the 2D or B Mode image. The issue is a poor grounding issue between the card cage cover and cage itself. The remedy is to remove the cover and clean all points of contact between the cover and cage. GE came out with an improved cover with additional grounding strips but occasional cleaning is still necessary. A good preventative measure on all Logiq 9s is to clean these areas during every PM.
