One of the main focuses of sales enablement at Welch Allyn is mobile engagement. The company provides its sales team with tablets and mobile tools to help them utilize content, create specialized kits, and present directly from the device via its exclusive Launch Pad application.
The marketing and sales teams have collaborated to create insightful and initiative-focused content and kits for the Launch Pad which ensure the team is fully prepared for any customer conversation. The company uses SAVO to infuse its Command of the Message methodology into all layers of communications which has contributed to a substantial increase in revenue.
