Updates on the My Bench Feature

Updates on the My Bench Feature

Tue Sep 22 2015By Jonathan Payne

For those users who utilize the “My Bench” feature on MedWrench, you may have noticed that your My Bench profile looks different as of late. There are now more filter and update options available. As most of you are already aware, you can join communities from your My Bench profile page. This essentially allows you to bookmark whichever equipment, category, or manufacture you would like to follow.  Under your “My Bench” profile, you can now view the community feed on benched items. Other additions include the ability to see what discussions you have joined in on previously. “My Bench” gives you direct access to updates, discussions, articles, resources, and newsfeeds.

You also now have the capability of changing whether or not you receive summary emails or Q&A notifications. Some of you may have jumped the gun initially and benched tons of items so you could stay informed concerning recalls, updates, etc.; however, now you realize that you are receiving too many emails for products that you do not necessarily use on a daily basis. Well, no worries! You now have the ability to edit how often, if at all, you receive summary emails or Q&A notifications. Simply click on the icon to the right of “My Items” and it will allow you to edit this information.  Please see below for screen shots!

We are always looking for ways to improve your experience using MedWrench. If you have any feedback related to this new feature or any other aspect of the site, please comment below or send an email to info@medwrench.com.
