As a friend of PartsSource, I’d like to update you on the progress we are making as the largest marketplace for medical device products and services. Throughout the years we’ve had many milestones, but there are a few numbers I am particularly proud of and would like to share with you:

Novant Health has been able to save money and consolidate 193 suppliers and OEMs in less than three months by selecting PartsSource to save their engineers and purchasing team time with a simplified ordering process. They will also benefit from the PartsSource – Mainspring interface – just one of our many Asset Management (CMMS) and ERP integrations. Novant Health is a four-state integrated network in North Carolina, Georgia, South Carolina, and Virginia with 13 medical centers, 2,585 beds, and over 500 other physician clinic, outpatient and health services centers.
Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health System worked with PartsSource to create a scalable, more time efficient parts procurement process as they continue to grow in the region, including at remote provider sites where engineers require mobile tools to maximize device uptime. As New Hampshire’s only academic medical center, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health System includes five medical centers with 650 beds.
Capstone Health Alliance gives their member facilities additional purchasing power and direct access to technology, supply chain expertise and GPO-wide analytics. This partnership is a first of its kind in the GPO market for parts procurement. The Capstone Health Alliance is a regional group purchasing organization of healthcare members that includes more than 140 hospitals spanning 20 states, primarily in the Eastern and Southern half of the United States. Lehigh Valley Health Network turned to PartsSource for their complete ultrasound system and probe parts, support and service repair program. PartsSource and its partners analyzed 248 probes in a matter of days and identified the probes needing repair to uphold patient care standards. The on-going ultrasound program encompasses 268 systems, 638 general probes, 34 3D/4D probes and 20 TEE probes. By partnering with PartsSource on this turn-key managed solution, Lehigh Valley is able to save 15% on a total support cost over a 3rd party vendor in addition to significant time savings. Lehigh Valley Health Network is comprised of five campuses and almost 1,000 beds in Allentown, PA.
We are beginning to roll out our advanced integrations with AIMS, Connectiv, Mainspring, Medimizer, TMS and many other Asset Management Systems and ERPs via punch-out like Lawson, McKesson and PeopleSoft.
