What Are The Program Options?

The SIMPLIFY options include:

• Exchange Program: For the Exchange Program you can send Conquest Imaging your damaged probe; Conquest will overnight you a replacement probe at a competitive exchange price, which is often less than the repair price.
• Loaner Repair Program: For the Loaner Repair Program you can send Conquest Imaging your probe; Conquest will assess the probe and quote the repair for it within 48 hours. Once the probe has been repaired, Conquest will send your probe back and you will have five days of the receipt of the repaired probe to return the loaner.
• Straight Repair Program: For the Straight Repair Program you can send Conquest Imaging your probe; Conquest will assess and quote the repair within 48 hours. Once repaired, the probe will be sent back to you.
