The iFlow Sensors from imtmedical are CE certified by TUV Rheinland since March 2017.

 

Correction/Rectification *

  1. Your supply of flow sensors by imtmedical is guaranteed at all times.
  2. Since 2016, imtmedical (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. has manufactured and marketed flow sensors using their state-of-the-art production facilities. The production facilities are certified by TUV.
  3. The lawsuit filed by a market participant refers solely to an infrigement of property rights in Switzerland and Liechtenstein claimed by them.
  4. imtmedical denies the alleged infringements of property rights according to the Swiss Patent No. CH701755B1.
  5. imtmedical content that Patent No. CH701755B1 held by this market participant is null and void. The Swiss patent of this market participant has not been examined for novelty and obviousness so far. There are still no patents granted in other countries.
  6. The Federal Patent Court has so far neither decided on the alleged infringements of Patent No. CH701755B1 held by this market participant nor on the invalidity of this patent is asserted by imtmedical. In particular, the Federal Patent Court has not yet decided whether a motion to ban the use of proximal flow sensors of this manufacturer in Switzerland and Liechtenstein by imtmedical ag can be approved at all.
  7. imtmedical ag reserves the right to take legal action against any claims to the contrary.
