The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) form a specialized system for worldwide standardization. ISO 9001:2015 sets out the criteria for a quality management system.

The ISO 9001:2015 standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. These principles are explained in more detail in the pdf Quality Management Principles. Implementing and maintaining the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services, which in turn brings many business benefits.

Achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification is crucial to our industry especially during a time when the HTM industry as a whole is being forced to scrutinize quality objectives, on time delivery, and repeatable process performance tighter than has typically been experienced in the past. Obtaining our ISO 9001:2015 certification is a testament to our customers, and the HTM industry of RepairMEDs commitment and dedication to quality, while ensuring consistent reliable processes that are both valid and credible. said founder and owner, Diane Geddes.

RepairMED is ISO 9001:2015 certified by Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc. (PJR), an ANAB accredited certification body.
