A good start to the year for IMT Analytics AG
The young enterprise has recorded successful figures for the first four months of this year.

On 1 May 2019 IMT Analytics AG was able to celebrate its first birthday. It has now been a year since it took over imtmedical ag’s measuring device and test lung business aimed at medical technicians.
The young enterprise has recorded successful figures for the first four months of this year. Sales increased year on year by 8% to USD 2.9 million, while sales of test lungs also rose, as did the number of measuring device calibrations according to standard ISO 17025.
Investments in the headquarters in Buchs…
IMT Analytics has been continually investing in the development of its measuring devices. For the mobile gas flow analyser CITREX H5, additional test sequences have been integrated. This way, respirators and anaesthesia machines can be tested more quickly and with greater certainty. Following on from Phillips-Respironics and Vyaire, close collaborations with further globally operating respirator manufacturers were agreed in the first quarter of 2019.

IMT Analytics AG is speeding up the expansion of its measuring device calibration locations. The annual calibrations need to be carried out as quickly and cost-effectively as possible, hence the Singapore location will begin operations to the benefit of Asian customers in the third quarter of 2019.

The Buchs-based company is the world’s leading manufacturer of certified measuring devices and test lungs for respirators and anaesthesia machines. It maintains a branch in Singapore and developed from imtmedical ag, founded 19 years earlier, in 2018. The company is privately owned.
