Innovatus Imaging Expands Staff at Pittsburgh, PA Location

To adjust to client needs and the growing demand for sustainable MRI coil repairs, the following personnel updates have been made:

Jason BrownleyJason Brownley was recently promoted to Operations Manager of the MRI Center of Excellence. He will oversee the day to day operations, processes and workflow for the technicians specializing in sustainable MRI coil repair.  Brownley has been with the current MRI operations for past 12 years, starting when the company was known as MEDRAD, then Bayer MultiVendor Service, and now Innovatus Imaging.  Most recently he was Group Lead overseeing the MRI Technical staff.Amanda Hoover

Amanda Hoover was promoted to Group Lead of Customer Care after four years of working with the Innovatus Imaging team. She started with Innovatus as a temporary employee for customer support and was quickly promoted to oversee all of the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) accounts for the both the company’s ultrasound transducer and MRI coil product lines. Before joining Innovatus Imaging in Pittsburgh, Amanda worked in the automotive industry in Ohio.  In her new role, she will be responsible for assuring that the Customer Care team has the resources and processes in place to continue delivering best-in-class service for prompt attention to customer needs.

Additional support staff recently added to the Radiography Field Service Engineers team include:

Patrick CarrGreg Raleigh

Patrick Carr first joined the company when it was known as MEDRAD and then Bayer MultiVendor Service. Patrick has served in various roles including service engineer and service manager for the Radiography Service team. After a short break, he rejoined the Radiography Service team in April 2019.

Greg Raleigh joins Innovatus after years of Field Service experience with Renovo Solutions, Merry X-ray, and GE. He has also served as Sergeant First Class for the US Army in charge of biomedical activity with assignments in Afghan, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, and more.
