Dear Customer,
Customer satisfaction is one of our major core values at lnnovatus Imaging. In keeping with these values and putting our customers first, we wanted to take the time to keep you up to date with what has happened over the last couple of months. lnnovatus Imaging has sold the IPS Business (CR, Dr included) and the associated assets to 626. This deal includes managing and monitoring lnnovatus lmaging’s end of life activities. 626 and Walsh Imaging (626 subsidiary) will continue to support the DR product line formerly known as IPS within lnnovatus Imaging. We are confident that 626 and Walsh Imaging will carry on the critical work so needed by our customers and their patience.
Therefore, effective immediately lnnovatus Imaging is announcing the manufacture / distribution discontinuance and our plan to End of Life (EOL) of the following:

The last day to order all affected products from lnnovatus Imaging is [July 10, 2020]
- Table 1 below describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates.
- lnnovatus Imaging will not be selling a replacement product.
- lnnovatus Imaging will not be selling or offering extended or additional service agreements for this product.
Reason for Termination: This product is not aligned with lnnovatus lmaging’s Corporate Vision.
Anticipated Customer Impact: Negligible. lnnovatus Imaging has sold the IPS Business (CR, Dr Products) and its assets to 626. The IPS business is right in line with 626 and Walsh lmaging‘s core competencies. This deal includes managing and monitoring lnnovatus lmaging’s end of life activities. 626 and Walsh Imaging will continue to support the DR product line formerly known as IPS within lnnovatus Imaging.

*Manufacture/Distribution – Discontinue and Last Time Buy Definition – As part of lnnovatus lmaging’s EOL notification program, this notice serves as a formal communication of lnnovatus lmaging’s intent to perform a Manufacture Discontinue (MD) of the products listed above and propose a Last Time Buy (LTB) date for each product. For the time between LTB, MD and EOL, emergency recovery and/or upgrades may be performed in accordance with customer-specific service plans or upgrade agreements, as negotiated prior to LTB.
**End of Service Definition -This notice serves as formal communication of lnnovatus lmaging’s intent to end the life of the product noted. All further lnnovatus Imaging support will not be provided once the End-of-Service (EOS) timeline is reached. lnnovatus has sold the DR Panel business to 626. All future service will be performed by 626 including those customers with a valid warranty or contract extensions. 626 will maintain spares and support capability throughout the life of all contracts currently in place. As of the EOL date, any new support contracts will only be issued through 626. Emergency recovery and/or upgrades may be performed in accordance with customer specific service plans or upgrade agreements as negotiated prior to EOL.
