KEI is a team of 14 field service engineers, inventory specialists, and operational support staff. KEI’s entire team understands the importance of maintaining operable and efficient imaging modalities. That is a part of what we call “The KEI Difference”.
The KEI Difference applies to in-house offerings. We stock Philips and Siemens parts and coils for MRI systems; Achieva 1.5 to 3.0, Panorama HTO, Interactive, Avantos, and Symphony. CT systems will include Brilliance 6, 10, 16, 40, and 64, as well as Bores 16, and Sensation 64. Large service equipment also available.
KEI test and professional deinstall our own systems and can deinstall your system too. We utilize a Philips Achieva 1.5 MRI with 16 channels in a 12x60 Mobil MRI at our facility to test coils. And, our part sales and logistic team understand the importance of getting parts out, weekdays or weekends, with a high level tech support and training. We are ISO 9001-2015 certified.
