Dallas Practice is First to Employ New Ultrasound Technology

Fetal Care Center Dallas and its founding partner, maternal-fetal specialist Kevin Magee, M.D., have been selected by Samsung to employ the first Hera Z20 in the U.S., the newest in premium ultrasound technology.

This latest innovation in women’s health supports enhanced care through diagnostics, empowering doctors to know the most information possible about a woman’s pregnancy and to be able to address all options with their patients.

“As a practicing maternal-fetal medicine physician, I can now see incredible anatomical details inside the womb that I could not see before. This Samsung imaging technology will help us innovate fetal treatments that will save the lives of developing babies that have issues we can mitigate before birth, or those issues we can prepare for after birth. The ability to see inside the womb and the fetus with spectacular clarity is a pre-natal game changer for women’s health,” Magee said.

Fetal Care Center Dallas is the first practice in the U.S. to use the Samsung HERA Z20 ultrasound technology. Tailored 2D, 3D and color imaging allowing physicians to better customize care for their patients. The system’s integrated AI and automated features enhance diagnostic accuracy and efficiency, enabling health care professionals to focus more on patient care.
