I am having an issue with getting the histogram RR to appear.  I tried going into config mode but it seems there isn't really a way to change anything for it.  When I get the histogram to pull up, it has a big ? in the middle of the screen. Any help to get it to show the numbers is much appreciated.

Equipment: Philips - MX550

What has become an increasing issue is we have a fleet of MX-450 and MX-550 units that are approaching 10 years old now, each month when the hospital does the generator test and power goes off for a few seconds, an increasing number of these lose the date and time and it resets to 1 Jan 1997 and also loses connection to the server until we manually reset the date and time on the unit and reactivate the network security certificate.

This is a new problem in the last 6 months and causing havoc each month as more units seem to be having this failure.  It needs noted that in high acuity wards the units have the main battery backup, but due to cost savings in the low acuity wards the units do not need the main battery backup.  

Outside of replacing the main IV (CPU board) with the date and time clock which has been shown to resolve this issue at significant cost per unit, is there a CMOS battery or something that has simply failed?  We have looked on the board and do not see a socketed CMOS battery or the Dallas RTC chip with internal battery like most other equipment that has this type of failure.  

Philips technical support is like, just replace the board, but we are hoping some other service has found a better, or more cost effective solution.
