The Bovie Icon Gi Electrosurgical Generator is an innovative electrosurgical generator with fully digital implementation for use in today's modern Gastrointestinal suites. The Icon Gi Electrosurgical Generator was designed in conjunction with Gastro-Intestinal (GI) clinicians to provide a safe, user-friendly unit that can meet all GI procedure demands. The ICON Electrosurgical Generator features a touch screen interface with high resolution TFT color display, eliminating the hassle of tricky buttons or knobs. The Bovie Icon Gi offers a convenient swivel bezel allowing the screen to be viewed by medical staff from almost any angle and an intuitive graphical user interface allowing easy setup and quick setting adjustments. The Icon Gi Electrosurgical Generator has digitally controlled outputs and user interface, meaning new modes can be added so the unit is never outdated. Designed for use in Gastrointestinal suites, the Bovie Icon Gi features multiple communication ports in order to easily link up with other medical equipment in the Gi suite.        Proudly made in the USA, the Bovie Icon Gi Electrosurgical Generator offers 7 different output modes including Pure Cut, Blend, Safe Cut, Pinpoint Coagulation, Gentle Coagualtion, Bipolar and Gentle Bipolar. Safe Cut mode is specifically tailored for polypectomy and ERCP procedures. The Gentle Coagulation Mode is a gentler mode without carbonization. Bovie FSDS senses tissue changes over 5 million times per second for the most consistent energy delivery available.        The best thing about the Icon Gi is that even with all these great features, the user and patient do not need to sacrifice safety. The Icon Gi offers Bovie NEM, the most advanced technology available to fight pad burns, and requires the use of split pads increasing patient safety. The Bovie Icon Gi Electrosurgical Generator also features special audible tones that alert users of improper cable connections and Common Sense error messaging prevents misinterpretation and allows for quicker troubleshooting.
