6Replies11 days ago | NIBP accuracy check failure Being a long weekend, I traveled to our satellite location today to perform functional checks on 10 Connex Spot monitors (PN: 71WT/SW: 1.52.00-A0002/Acquired: 2017). Two exceed the ± 5 mmHg tolerance at all four levels (0, 50, 150, and 250 mmHg) and, thus, have failed; a third is not far behind. Questions: 1. How can I adjust these devices' understanding of what "0 mmHg" is WITHOUT a Service Tool license? 2. Would performing the "Restore factory default settings" procedure in the Service Manual resolve this issue? If not, would "pump assembly" or "NIBP Board" do the trick? If a manual action can resolve this common discrepancy, please share how we should proceed. If Service Tool software is needed, we will be unable to repair these assets without sending them to Welch Allyn for repair. Thank you for your attention and guidance. Reply |
1Reply2 months ago | Welch Allyn CSM 74MT - Touch Screen issues Hi all Had a 74MT CSM touchscreen with issues in 2024, tried a few things, ended up replacing the screen and it worked again. Come 2025 the same CSM is having the same issues. Are these touchscreens really that susceptible to failing? Equipment: Welch Allyn - Connex Spot Monitor Reply |
