1ReplyTue Jul 08 2025 | Image storage not found Hello, this is Dr. Jorge Tume. I have this Visuscout 100 portable retinal camera. It's been working very well for me. Every time I take photos, I transfer them to my laptop, and since they're also stored on the Visuscout device, it decides to delete all the photos from that device. But when I try to take more photos, I get this message on the screen ("Image storage not found"), and it doesn't give me the option to continue working. I checked the SD card slot (which, by the way, I never installed one), and I don't see how to remove or insert the SD card. I hope you can help me with this process. Thank you.
