SpO2 sensor is not recognized by the monitor.

Dear engineers,

if SpO2 sensor is not recognized by the monitor B105. The sensor LED is not lit when it is connected. The sensor works with another monitor.

In the Service Log data it is mentioned that the STP settings are lost/damaged.

Can I do a firmware update to recover the STP settings?

Or what can be the reason of this malfunction?

Any advice is welcome!

Regards,
