Smoke Evacuation System
Portable, lightweight and easy-to-use unit, designed to aspirate the smoke produced during surgical procedures, providing the surgeon and the operating team with greater safety, better visibility of the surgical field and better working conditions by blocking viruses and bacteria by means of its high-efficiency (HEPA) filter and eliminating odor through an activated-charcoal chemical filter.

- Suction is by means of a vacuum-generating fan, driven by a 127 VAC or 220 VAC electric motor with automatic voltage selection.
- The apparatus is positioned and installed next to the electrosurgical unit and, in order to provide suction to the required site; accessories such as a hose and a tapered nozzle or a speculum with tube are provided.
- A high-efficiency (HEPA) mechanical filter is placed at the unit's suction inlet, upstream from the accessories, to trap aspirated viruses and bacteria. An additional activated-charcoal chemical filter is fitted to eliminate the odors from cutting and coagulation with the electrosurgical unit.
