Equipment: GE HealthCare - Vivid IQ

I have an issue with my local HD archive.

After disconnecting external disk I can't see any patients. 

The chosen dataflow is "no archive" 

When I try to change it back to local HD archive I get an error: "error. Not connected. Closed"  

When I try to check my local archive in connectivity I get a red dot next to it after a test "0 of 1 ok" 

I can't access a lot of data because of it. But the files were not deleted because the HD seems to suggest there is not a lot of free space. 

Is there any way I can fix it by myself? 

On booting the machine issues error:check time and date, I hit F1 and have to manually set the current date and time, because the system reverts to 01/01/2004.

I thought it was the clock battery and I have replaced that, but it didn't fix the issue. I have also tried to set date and time from BIOS, but again on rebooting after 10 minutes it reverts again to 2004.
