We have intouch 2141's in my facility and I've noticed a bunch of footboards failing, stryker's only answer is to replace them(warranty so why not), I saved a few from the trash and opened them. They have a cheapo plastic holder for the coin battery. 1 good smack and they pop out, disabling the footboard. So if you come across this issue and are not under warranty, pop open the display panel and throw some tape on it.Reply |
