DESCRIPTION
Heating and maintenance of temperature unit.
The Heater Box 1502 was designed to heat and maintain the temperature of materials in general, where up to 60°C is required. It can be used in both laboratories and centers for diagnostic imaging (CDI) for prior warming of contrast media, bottles and syringes with substances to be administered in veins, arteries, joints or ingested orally. It can also be used in hospital environments for heating saline (500-ml or 1,000-ml bags). Its sturdy and highly durable construction includes easily replaceable modular heating elements, an upper acrylic lid for viewing material inside and a latch locking mechanism to avoid accidental opening, thereby increasing user safety.

- Digital control panel with temperate settings from +5°C of the environment to 60°C, with 0.1°C resolution
- Thermostatic accuracy from +/- 0.7°C at 37°C
- Temperature preset at 37°C, controlled by a digital sensor, with internal circulation of heated air generated by a tangential fan with a capacity of 150 m3/h in order to ensure better uniformity
- Uniformity of +/- 1.5°C, at a temperature of 37°C
- Easy-to-replace, modular heating element
- Electronic safety thermostat with a chip that is separate from the control system; automatically shuts down the heating system and issues a visual warning on the panel
- Control panel with LEDs which visually indicate the current temperature and heating, with increase and decrease keys and a key for setting parameters
- High temperature digital alarm that is totally separate from the temperature control, with audible and visual indication
- Safety switch which stops air circulation and heating when the lid is open and re-establishes normal operation when the lid is closed.
