C1000 fails system start up
The C1000 touch passed system start up tests. Ran the diagnostic test under administrator and passed. I accidentally started a second diagnostic test and was trying to cancel out and I clicked no to the lid not shutting. After the system would not pass system start up test. There was an error already present but not affecting function (x000D000D) slow cycling lid. Thanks for any insight.Reply

Power block failure error 29 A e B
Reply

Block 5 sensor error x000D0015
I am trying to figure out where block 5 is. I pulled circuit boards and tested all temp sensors. Sensors tested good. Lid sensors and resistors tested in spec.. As I have no schematics (not available) I cannot trace any circuits easily to find TEM drivers and other possible suspect components. Any ideas would be welcome! Thanks, DanReply
