Equipment: Mindray BC 10

I am having a great challenge with mindray BC hematology and. During initialization, the instrument encounter vacuum pressure abnormal. Much troubleshooting has been done but the error persist.

I am writing in reference to  Mindray BC- 10
The issue with my bc 10 is that it appears an error that says vacuum pressure abnormal after its startup and the sample runned gives no results.
