8RepliesSun May 17 2026 | Error 10901 with FlashIIP station Situation: - Fuji FCR Carbon X (CR-IR 357) throwing errors 10901 then 11907 on boot - A technician came to my office and ran the RUPC tool and software was misidentifying my 357 as a 355 - Reader was working perfectly before he attempted to link to different computer running console advance What I have confirmed: - Flash IIP console (V8.3) is 100% healthy - Reader is pingable from Flash IIP console - Flash IIP application level ping to ru0 successful - RUPC tool is already installed on the Flash IIP computer - Original CR-IR 357 APL Software DVD is present (Carbon RU Alpha CR-IR357 Application SW V2.2) - DVD contains regist357a folder with ru0, common folders and correct registration files - rutype.dat confirms 357 - ftp.dat contains correct Flash IIP IP address I am located in Chicago suburb and am looking for either: 1. Someone local who can come in person with expertise on this procedure 2. 0RepliesFri Oct 03 2025 | Fuji FCR Technique Chart - mAs I'm hoping someone can help us make sense of the Technique Chart for the Fuji CR system we use in our clinics (model CR-IR 357, manufactured in 2008) ... I have searched and searched online Fuji materials and can't find the answers I need. I believe I was told that, for the mAs settings, "small" is for a child, "medium" is for a small adult, and "large" is for an average-sized adult. Is that correct? Since each operator's idea of what constitutes a "small adult" vs. an "average sized adult", can you offer any guidance on height-weight ranges? In some radiography training material we have used, it indicates that:
The "MEASUREMENT (CM)" column seems to indicate that the measurement range applies to the MEDIUM patient size range. How can we figure out what size ranges apply to SMALL and LARGE? Then, if a patient part is below or above those ranges, we could use the mAs 1/5th and 1/3rd calculations ... Thank you in advance for any guidance you can provide. Reply |
