^{511 error code, how can resolve this?}

Equipment: CR-IR 392 FUJIFILM

Situation:

- Fuji FCR Carbon X (CR-IR 357) throwing errors 10901 then 11907 on boot

- A technician came to my office and ran the RUPC tool and software was misidentifying my 357 as a 355

- Reader was working perfectly before he attempted to link to different computer running console advance

What I have confirmed:

- Flash IIP console (V8.3) is 100% healthy

- Reader is pingable from Flash IIP console

- Flash IIP application level ping to ru0 successful

- RUPC tool is already installed on the Flash IIP computer

- Original CR-IR 357 APL Software DVD is present (Carbon RU Alpha CR-IR357 Application SW V2.2)

- DVD contains regist357a folder with ru0, common folders and correct registration files

- rutype.dat confirms 357

- ftp.dat contains correct Flash IIP IP address

I am located in Chicago suburb and am looking for either:

1. Someone local who can come in person with expertise on this procedure

2. Someone who can walk me through running the RUPC tool and regist357a registration remotely

(I understand there would be a service fee)

• For every 2 cm SMALLER thickness than the given range, you decrease the mAs by 1/5th.
• For every 2 cm LARGER thickness than the given range, you increase the mAs by 1/3rd.
